The court system is in dire straits in Quebec. Overstuffed jails and not enough personnel have led to a crisis. Chris announces a grant that the Rover has been awarded, and how he’ll be reporting on the judicial system in Quebec, how that will occur, and together, Chris and Isaac discuss the problems and possible solutions to this crisis.
